Thank heaven for the pet sitters you have working with you! I have used your services on two different occasions, once with Susie, and once with Jeanette. I would like to tell you that Susie was great,as I was in a bind with a last minute short trip with no one to help me. I found your pet sitting services through the search engine after spending two days trying to figure out what I was going to do with my little girl, Maggie Mae. It was a holiday and last minute thing, but Susie took care of Maggie Mae for us and the trip went well. Maggie Mae had a great time and slept for two days after coming home since she spent her time playing with Susie's dog.
I live on Lake Okeechobee in a small town that is far from a lot of services, so it is not easy trying to find someone to leave Maggie Mae with, without traveling for miles. Your services offer sitters in a lot of areas that make it simple to drop off a pet on your way out of town.
Mark and I had family visiting from New York over the New Year's holiday and they met us in Fort Lauderdale for a few days. I once again thought of your services. This time I was rushed again to get a sitter. After I requested your services, Jeanette let me know she could take Maggie Mae. Since she lived near where I had planned to stay, I decided to give her a try.
Maggie Mae was in heaven! Maggie Mae loves to play with other animals, and she and Jeanette's two dogs got along from the minute we introduced them. When we arrived at Jeanette's home,which was quiet beautiful, she invited us in, we talked while the dogs got to know each other, Maggie Mae was so much into her two new friends, she barely knew we left.
Jeanette emailed and called me along to let me know Maggie Mae was having a great time and she was behaving very well. This let me know I left her with a caring and loving person. Maggie Mae was a happy pup! Our trip was worry free. When we picked up our little girl, even though she was glad to see us, I think she would have been happy to stay with Jeanette and Bruce and her two new friends.
I do not like to go away and leave my little girl, but sometimes it is necessary. Next time I do, you can be sure I will ask for Jeanette!

We are very grateful to have found Ted in our search for a caregiver to our two puppies. Having planned a last minute trip to Palm Beach- we were nervous about both price and availability, and we found Ted to be accommodating to our schedule and financially reasonable. Upon meeting Ted we were struck by his calm manner, and his calming effect on our dogs. His home was spacious and quite beautiful- which was reassuring to both myself and my fiancee. He seemed unphased by our disorganization- and even went out of his way to buy food and supplies for the dogs- which were in short supply when we arrived. I am hardpressed to find a critical comment to balance this review, as the experience was a very positive one.

Ted communicated with us every couple of days for the weeklong stay, and maintained a care and professionalism throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone in the area, and would be pleased to give further information if needed at 647 218 0916.

Thank you for responding to our request so quickly. I wanted to take the time to tell you what a wonderful experience we had meeting with your pet host partners in our quest for a loving home to board our dog Kinzie for the holidays.

We had gone to several kennels to interview owners and take tours of the premises and were not very happy with our findings. When we discovered your website for Cageless Boarding we were very excited about the possibility of our Kinzie being in someone's home who would care for her and not being locked in a cage all day . We received e-mails from several of your hosts and we were extremely pleased that we were able to meet with four of your pet host partners and spend some time with each of them getting to know them and their pets to see if the hosts and Kinzie would be a good fit.

All four of the pet hosts we met with were extremely gracious, taking time to have Kinzie meet with any of their pets and to answer any questions we might have.

We chose who we felt was the best fit for Kinzie for this time, but I wanted you to know we were very pleased with all of the pet hosts we met with and would definitely look forward to doing business with any of them in the future if a need arose.

Hello Monika, I am sending this to let you know about our experience with Lisa and Jerry. Our baby, Miloh, stayed with Lisa/Jerry for a week. This was the first time we tried this service. Miloh is a 9 year old Lab/Great Dane mix (big dog). He does not really do well at boarding kennels (no matter how nice). We hoped this would work better for him. Guess what? It was 100% better, maybe too good. Miloh was not as anxious to leave as he is when we pick him up at the kennel. He looked like he would be happy to stay another week. Just wanted to let you know what I great experience I had when I boarded by dog Andy with Jeanette and Bruce. Very shortly after my initial inquiry to Cageless Boarding, Jeanette contacted me to set up a home visit. I brought Andy to her home and we spent about 30 minutes together at which time she, Bruce, and her two dogs became acquainted with Andy, and he with them. They fully explained how they would care for Andy, and it was very apparent that they were excellent caregivers. Jeanette contacted me a couple of times prior to my actually dropping Andy off at her home to make sure that I did not need additional information, or have questions. As this was my first time boarding Andy, Jeanette and Bruce calmed any fears that I had about leaving him. The evening that I dropped him off, Bruce and Jeanette again made sure I had no questions. Andy's stay was for six days, during which they sent me e-mail updates.

I was most happy with the care that Bruce and Jeanette gave to Andy, and have already scheduled his next visit.

You made our vacation away from cindy much more bearable, you kept in touch via email and even sent us pictures for us not to worry. I travel for weeks at a time with my job and had no one that was able to watch my dog. My dog is a rescue that spent at least one year in a cage and I could not bear to put her for 6 weeks in a kennel. I put a post on Craigslist and received an email from Jessica saying that she does long term boarding in her home. We went for an initial visit with her and her dogs to see if they would all get along. I was so pleased when I arrived to find a lovely yard, which was tended with lots of love, along with a large fenced in area. Normally, Vivi takes some getting used to new pets. When we introduced the dogs in the yard, which is something that is so important and required when boarding at Jessica's, they all got along very well. Jessica was really friendly and her knowledge of a multiple pet household assured me that I had made the right choice. Her home is amazingly clean, and we went through the house rules that are simple. Bring Food, bring bed, and I hope it is ok if all the dogs use each other toys. I had a short trip to go on, so I left her to do a trail run, to see how everything went. Needless to say everything went really well. Jorge took her on so many walks she was in heaven. She loved socializing with the other dogs, and Jessica surprised me with bathing her the day she was coming home, just so that she was clean when she went home. I again used Jessica to Board for a six week trip I went on. Not only did I come home to a happy dog, but she was sad when we left as she enjoyed being with her temporary family. I will continue to board my dog with Jessica and Jorge, I truly trust them with my baby!

And a service that would not only checking on him during their business hours while my husband and I were on vacation or out of town on a business trip. Just like any individual I have a horror story of a place that I have left my 6 month old puppy with. My fears and horror stories have ended due to this wonderful organization. Luiza was not only kind, loving and attentive to my puppy Grace but also very comforting and helpful to me.
Luiza went out of her way to make me feel assured that Grace was being taken very well care. She went out of her way to meet us at the airport late at night so that I would not have to go looking for her house as well as again going out of her way, late at night to return Grace to me. She so thoughtfull took my lil Grace to the vet as she was having terrible allergic reactions, she is healthy as a "horse" now due to Luiza's careing heart. Imogen, A pure bred Golden Retriever just happened in our lives on the 6th of october, 2008. We thought it would be ever so easy to raise an aristocratic dog. But we were wide off the mark. She turned out to be a completely untrained Puppy. What we also failed to recognize was the fact that we as a family were not ourselves proficient to educate a puppy. That's when we found cageless boarding and Bruce and Jeanette. It wouldn't be an overstatement to say that they were Frankinscence and Myrhh {Two of the sterling gifts that the Three Wise Men had brought upon the birth of the Lord}...in other words, they were a huge blessing just when we had almost given up on ourselves and Imogen. We let Imogen be "schooled" with Bruce and Jeanette for about a month and when she returned, she was the most well-mannered, adaptible, jovial sociable puppy and above all healthy and gorgeously glowing...so much so that when we took her out to "Borders" people crowded around her not just to compliment her looks (Imogen was busy flaunting herself with the greatest aplomb and enjoying every bit of the attention she was getting, with the greatest dignity and flai)....but on her manners and somebody asked "Wow, Is she a training dog,she is so obedient!" I wanted to tell them...well we know better how she had been a month ago. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to Bruce and Jeanette for not just training and boarding her but rendering their heart and soul into the process. Sometimes words are not enough.
